Made-to-Order Products

As all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

1. The item you received is damaged or defective.
2. The design or product does not match your order.

Return Process

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@evazshop.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within a few hours.
3. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item or sending a replacement.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
